Cancellation and Refund Policy

How cancellations, refunds, replacements, and billing concerns are handled.

Payment and clinical review

Your card is authorised at checkout. You are charged only after a licensed clinician approves treatment. If the clinician does not approve, the authorisation is released and you are not charged.

Cancel before the next refill ships

You may cancel at any time before the next refill ships by using account tools when available or contacting support@getcuorahealth.com. If a refill has already shipped, cancellation applies to future refills. Please submit cancellation requests early enough for the request to be processed before pharmacy fulfillment begins.

Prescription medications cannot be returned

For patient safety, prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once dispatched. Do not send medication back to Cuora Health or the pharmacy unless the pharmacy specifically instructs you to do so.

Refunds and replacements

A refund or replacement may be issued when required by law or when a confirmed pharmacy, fulfillment, billing, or shipping error occurred, such as the wrong item being shipped, a verified carrier loss, a damaged package, or a duplicate billing event. Requests are reviewed case by case.

Billing problems

For a billing problem, contact support@getcuorahealth.com with your order reference, account email, and a short description of the issue. The team will review the charge, order status, and pharmacy or shipping records before responding.

Cuora Health does not provide medical advice through this website. Prescriptions are issued only when a licensed clinician determines treatment is appropriate. Individual results vary.
